Ja, aber ohne direkten Einfluss auf die Bauzinsen, wie ein Sprecher des Kreditvermittlers Dr. Klein auf BILD-Anfrage erklärte: „Der EZB-Leitzins ist ein Kurzfrist-Zins und hat nur indirekten Einfluss auf die Baufinanzierungszinsen.“
